Establishing A Daily Life Routine

In order to live a balanced and healthy life, we should establish some daily routines and positive habits. It’s like training our mind daily to work for and not against us. We literally rewire our brain and overwrite bad unhealthy and destructive habits that we acquired in the past with ones that help us become more aligned, more happy and more at peace and in love with life. Habits that make us more conscious and let us vibrate in a higher state. Start taking care of your mind and your body and commit to take 30 minutes twice a day just for yourself. 

Here are some important routines you should implement into your daily life during this week:

Say some positive sentences or affirmations to yourself directly after waking up, e.g.

  • I am love and light to this world.
  • I choose to follow my heart and not be led by my fear anymore.
  • I am in charge of how I feel today and I am choosing happiness.
  • I let go of all that no longer serves me.

Be creative and write down 3 affirmations that suit you best and say them every morning after waking up for the next seven days.

Start your day with a glass of lukewarm water with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Close your eyes and feel how the water passes your throat and flows into your stomach. Imagine how it will nurture and cleanse your body.

Do at least 5 minutes of streaching each morning to open up and strengthen your body. You can also use my warm up excercise in the bonus section.

Take a minimum of 10 minutes in the morning to do some breathwork and meditation to center yourself and connect with your source.

Pay attention to what you eat. Food plays a crucial role in our wellbeing. Focus more on eating healthy and plant based fresh food. Avoid processed and dead food that just tastes good but doesn’t nurture and energizes your body. Take also some time to prepare a meal for yourself. Buy food consciously and create a positive atmosphere while cooking or preparing it. Take a moment in silence to create a state of gratitude and thankfulness before and after eating your meal.

Try to stop every now and then during the day to take some nice deep breaths and bring your awareness into the present moment. You can also set a timer on your mobile phone to remind you.

Take also a minimum of 10 minutes in the evening to take care of mind and body through movement, breathing, and meditation.

Leave your mobile phone out of your bedroom!

Go through your day again when laying in bed and think of at least 3 things you are grateful for. Place one hand on your belly and the other one on your heart and take a couple of nice deep breaths. Generate a state of acceptance and gratitude and feel that in every layer of your being. Then close your eyes and rest well.
