In this video you get a short introduction about how the breath is connected to our physical and emotional state and how we can control different systems in our body through breathing.
In our first breathing session we go further into connecting with our breathing system and learn to shift our focus inwardly. This breathing technique is the foundation of the rest of the course. Learning to control the breath is learning to control the mind.
