Morning Session

Theory Session 1


In this video you get a short introduction about how the breath is connected to our physical and emotional state and how we can control different systems in our body through breathing.  

Theory Session 2


We go deeper into the physiology of breathing and see which muscles and organs of our body are part of the respiratory system. We also learn about the importance of correct breathing on our wellbeing.

Warm Up Session

Breathwork Session


In our first breathing session we go further into connecting with our breathing system and learn to shift our focus inwardly. This breathing technique is the foundation of the rest of the course. Learning to control the breath is learning to control the mind.

Start each day with a glass of lukewarm water with a squeeze of  fresh lemon juice to hydrate and cleanse your system.
