This session is your invitation to release tension and settle into deep, restorative rest. Through rhythmic breathing, gentle body awareness, and a guided Yoga Nidra practice, you’ll be led into a state where the nervous system can settle and the mind can grow quiet.
Ideal if you’re feeling wired, fatigued, overwhelmed or simply in need of space to pause and breathe.
In this short yet powerful experience, we cultivate parasympathetic calm, allowing the body to restore, the mind to slow, and the heart to soften.

This session will be experienced virtually over Zoom from the comfort of your own home. Please create some space in your day after the session ends for a deeper integration!
Duration of the Session: 60 min
15 min for intake and overview of the session.
10 minutes for Breathwork Session.
20 minutes for Deep Somatic Relaxation.
15 minutes for Integration & Sharing.
Please make sure…
…not to eat 1-2 hours before the session.

Hi, my name is Samir. I blend neuroscience with ancient wisdom to help you reconnect with your body and emotions. With a Doktor in Neurobiology and years of research, I bridge science and spirit, offering a grounded yet transformative approach to breathwork. As an Emotional Health Coach, Certified Soma+IQ Breathwork Facilitator, and Pranayama Yoga Instructor, I create a safe space for deep healing, resilience, and self-discovery. Whether you’re taking your first breathwork journey or diving deeper within.

Cancellation Policy:
I value your commitment to the journey of breathwork and the energy you bring to our session. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone, please note the following policy:
All sign-ups for the group session must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time. If you need to cancel your booking, please do so no later than 24 hours before the session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will not be eligible for a refund or credit toward a future session.
If a session is canceled by us due to low attendance or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.
This policy helps me honor the time and energy of all participants and facilitators.

Soma+IQ™ Breathwork is intended as a personal growth experience and should not be looked upon as a substitute for psychotherapy.
