Week 1 Foundations of Conscious Space Holding

Presence, Attunement & Embodied Awareness

In this first week, we lay the foundation for conscious space holding by returning to the body and understanding what presence truly means.

We explore how safety is created — not through words, but through nervous system regulation, attunement, and grounded awareness.

In this session, you’ll learn:

✦ What conscious space holding really is

✦ The difference between listening and witnessing

✦ Why presence is a nervous system skill

✦ How safety is felt in the body

✦ How to arrive fully before holding space

Week 2 The Science of Safety & Co-Regulation

Nervous system intelligence for grounded leadership

This week focuses on the science of the nervous system and how our internal state directly shapes the experience of others.

You’ll learn how co-regulation works — and how to remain grounded without absorbing emotions.

In this session, you’ll learn:

✦ Polyvagal basics for facilitators

✦ How to recognize nervous system states

✦ Breath as a regulator of presence

✦ How to co-regulate without merging

✦ Staying stable in emotionally charged moments

Week 3 The Breath as a Portal

Mystical & Scientific Perspectives + Applied Breath Practices

In this week, we explore the breath as a living bridge between physiology and consciousness — a portal through which presence deepens, perception refines, and inner awareness expands.

Through both scientific understanding and ancient wisdom traditions, you’ll learn how breath directly shapes nervous system states, emotional access, and intuitive clarity. More importantly, you’ll experience how intentional breathing becomes a practical tool for grounding, regulation, and subtle attunement while holding space for others.

In this session, you’ll learn:

✦ Yogic and contemplative perspectives on breath as a doorway to awareness

✦ How breath influences emotional access and inner safety

✦ Applied breath practices for deepening presence while holding space

✦ How to use breath to stay anchored, receptive, and clear

Week 4 Embodied Intuition & Energetic Awareness

Accessing Deeper Perception Beyond Words

This week invites you into a more refined layer of presence — the ability to sense, perceive, and respond beyond verbal communication.

You’ll learn to recognize intuition not as something abstract, but as a grounded, embodied form of intelligence that arises through nervous system regulation, subtle awareness, and attuned perception. We explore how energetic awareness can be accessed ethically and responsibly while staying rooted in the body.

In this session, you’ll learn:

✦ What embodied intuition is — and what it is not

✦ The nervous system foundations of intuitive perception

✦ How to sense subtle cues without projecting or assuming

✦ Energetic awareness through grounded embodiment

✦ Staying clear, ethical, and regulated while working beyond words

Week 5 Holding Intensity with Confidence

Managing Emotional Waves, Triggers, and Contraction States

This week focuses on staying present, grounded, and clear when emotional intensity arises — both in yourself and in others.

You’ll learn how emotional waves and contraction states show up in the nervous system, and how to remain regulated without suppressing, fixing, or withdrawing. The emphasis is on building inner stability so intensity can move through safely, without overwhelming the space.

In this session, you’ll learn:

✦ How emotional intensity manifests in the nervous system

✦ Recognizing triggers, contraction, and activation states

✦ Staying embodied during strong emotional expression

✦ Supporting emotional movement without escalation or collapse

✦ Practices for maintaining clarity, steadiness, and presence

Week 6 Facilitation Mastery & Closing Ceremony

Embodiment, Integration, Conscious Completion & Certification

This final week is dedicated to integration and conscious completion — closing the shared learning space with presence, clarity, and respect for the journey you’ve taken together.

Through integration practices, reflective facilitation exercises, and a guided closing ceremony, we honor what has been learned and embodied over the past six weeks. Participants who complete the program will receive a Certificate of Completion, acknowledging their engagement in the full training.

In this session, you’ll learn:

✦ How to integrate and stabilize your space-holding skills

✦ The role of conscious closure for nervous system integration

✦ Embodied reflection and real-time facilitation check-ins

✦ Ethical and emotional aspects of closing containers

✦ Receiving and honoring completion through certification
