    Asked Questions

I’ve never practiced Yin Yoga before. Can I join?

    9

Absolutely. These classes are beginner-friendly and suitable for all experience levels.

Do I need to be flexible?

    9

Not at all. Yin Yoga is not about performance or flexibility. The practice meets you exactly where you are.

What if I miss a live class?

    9

You will have access to the recording of the most recent session and can practice whenever it suits you.

What should I do if a posture feels uncomfortable?

    9

Always listen to your body. You are encouraged to adjust, support yourself with props, or come out of a posture at any time.

Can Yin Yoga help with stress?

    9

Many students find that the combination of breathwork, long-held postures, and guided relaxation helps them feel calmer, more grounded, and better able to navigate daily stress.

    Meet your instructor

    Dr. Samir Mujagić

    Hello, my name is Samir.

I hold a doctor degree in Neurobiology and have spent many years studying and practicing contemplative traditions, including yoga, breathwork, and Eastern wisdom teachings. My work bridges modern science and ancient practices, offering an approach that is both grounded, practical, and deeply transformative.

As a certified Yin Yoga and Pranayama facilitator, I create spaces that support regulation of the nervous system, emotional release, and deeper self-awareness. My intention is to guide you into a slower, more embodied way of being—whether you are new to these practices or already walking a deeper path.

My work is rooted in a simple vision: a world where compassion and emotional intelligence shape how we relate to ourselves and each other. I believe that healing should be accessible, and that we all benefit when we have safe spaces to pause, feel, and reconnect.

Through my classes and sessions, I aim to help restore a sense of inner safety, presence, and human connection.
